I’ve attended several estate and trust presentations over the years, but Mike Ward’s presentation truly stood out and won me over. I’m so grateful I found this group — they completely took the stress out of the estate planning process. From start to finish, everything was smooth and easy. The legal documents and insurance policies they offered were clearly explained and thoughtfully tailored to my needs. Excellent personal service! We have been with Allen & Carmina (and Mike) for over 6 years. Their personal commitment, follow through and communication are exemplary. We were referred by a good friend and first started with Carmina to assess our insurance options before we retired. Her knowledge and access to information and resources is amazing. Carmina did an amazing job explaining how Medicare and Medicaid work! She was incredibly detailed and thorough, making sure we understood every aspect. Carmina helped me understand the different options of Medicare advantage and Medicare program. She was very helpful and detailed on which options I could sign up for. She would email or text or call me back with answers very quickly to the questions I had. She would go through the different programs for medical, prescriptions ,dental and any other concerns. Very pleasant to visit with her on phone and concerned that I would choose the correct programs. Carmina also said call her anytime if I had any questions with benefits or premiums or anything else that I would get in the mail or any concerns. She is very knowledgeable about the programs available.

This is so necessary and we always put it on the to do list forever. Save your loved ones the trouble. We finally got our Living trust DONE!! It was easier then we thought Mike Ward and his team are awesome and straight forward. Very easy to talk to. Can get the majority of the work done on line. 10 out of 10!
